On June 9th 2024, at 6:00 PM, the final concert of the season will take place in Cogliate, at 17/A Via ai Campi. We will be joined again by the delightful Harmony Quintet and Finnish soprano Nina Almark, accompanied on the piano by Svetlana Husseinova. Additionally, in a special treat, as we usually only feature dance and music, some poems by Valeria Pelosio will be read.

On Sunday, June 16th 2024, there will be an intensive yoga teacher training course, open only to registered participants.

On Monday, June 24th 2024, at 4:30 PM, the wonderful and important seminar in Gaeta dedicated to purification and regeneration will begin. Participants will experience a total physical, psychic, energetic, and mental purification. They will also be initiated into the sacred art of drawing a maṇḍala.

The yoga course for 2023/2024 will conclude with the class at 6:30 PM on June 21st. The school will reopen on Monday, September 9th, 2024, at 1:00 PM.

From August 23rd to 25th 2024, there will be a yoga seminar in Ponte di Legno with a special focus on the art of breathing (Prāṇāyāma).

The important Dīkṣā Seminar 2024, reserved for those enrolled in the advanced yoga course, will be held in Cogliate from September 20th to 22nd, 2024.

The GURUPURNIMA is the celebration of all Gurus of all the times and of all the places. It is  celebrated always at the first full moon of July.

SHE ALSO RECEIVED THE PATANJALI AWARD 2017, A PRESTIGIOUS HONOUR WHICH IS CONFERRED TO PERSONALITIES WHO ARE CHOOSEN IN THE WHOLE YOGA WORLD.

On May 18-19, 2018 FRANCA SACCHI-SVAMI-JI will held a conference cum practice in CHANDIIGARH (India) during an international congress.

On the 10th of November 2018 in Buenos Aires, FRANCA SACCHI (Svamiji) held a lectio magistralis cum practice on the occasion of the International Congress organised by the International Yoga Federation. The Title was: "Mirando dentro del corazón". A remarkable success!

On that occasion she was awarded the title of Honorary President of the European Yoga Association.

June 15, 16 and 17, 2019, congress in Komasin, Montenegro.

Franca Sacchi-Swami Om-murti Saraswati will take part in it as brand ambassador of the International Yoga Federation and she will also give two classes of meditation and pranayama.

On the 21st of June 2015 –The UN decreed the world YOGA day - for the first time –

It has been published the book dedicated to Franca Sacchi-Svāmī Oṃ-mũrtĩ Sarasvatĩ.
Its title is “Con l’infinito”, the author is Fiorenza Presbitero, published by Edizioni Biografiche, Milan.

You can find it in the bookshops: Hoepli, Esoterica, Aleph and here at the Centre.

The book is a long conversation of the author with Franca Sacchi, where the questions leave space to the flow of memories. The result is a story

 that covers the span of a lifetime: since the early years at school, the boarding school, the piano studies at the conservatory Giuseppe Verdi in Milan, the electronic music,

the dance, and the first shows in important Italian theatres and in private art galleries.

And simultaneously the Yoga: Franca Sacchi opens her first yoga centre in Milan, in 1968, and afterwards in Turin and Rome. In India, in 1979,

she becomes Svãmĩ Oṃ-mũrtĩ Sarasvatĩ, when she already has ten years of school to her credit, among which the first Italian school for the training of Yoga teachers,

on behalf of the Italian Yoga Federation. The book ends with the memories and dedications of students and disciples who knew, followed, and loved her.
