The requisites to be disciples of Master F. Sacchi

• To possess a fantastic aspiration to which all efforts will be devoted to reach the realization of the "Self" and the union of the individual Self with the universal Self.
• To cultivate the internal fire, where to draw to obtain the necessary strength.
• Courage and iron discipline, cultivating these values in one's heart:
  • endurance
  • obstinacy
  • steadfastness
  • ardour
  • enthusiasm.
• Spirit of initiative, intelligence, and creativity in overcoming obstacles, when possible, or at least, in avoiding them.
• Awareness of a journey with no return.
• Things to avoid:
  • to lie to oneself
  • self-justifications
  • self-calming processes (they satisfy pride, make us believe that we have already become what we are not in reality).
• Decide your choices wisely, aware of the possibilities and limits in that moment.

The School was funded by Franca Sacchi - Svāmī Oṃ-mūrti Sarasvatī in 1968 and precisely on the 8th of April 1968.

There are no "trial lessons". It is possible to enrol for a month, quarterly or annually.

IN MILAN

the Yoga classes take about one hour and are held:

for anyone, beginners and advanced:

• Monday at 1 p.m.
• Tuesday at 6.30 a.m. (only during Lent and till Easter) and at 6.30 p.m.
• Thursday at 1 p.m. and at 6.30 p.m.

advanced:  Wednesday at 1 p.m  and 6.30 p.m.

The normal TANTRA YOGA course

The course is held by Franca Sacchi - Svāmī Oṃ-mūrti Sarasvatī and her assistants.

The advanced TANTRA YOGA training

This is an individual training on appointment. The Dīkṣā workshops are reserved to whom is enrolled in the Advanced Tantra Yoga Training.

The (important) yearly workshop is always held during the last weekend but one of September.
